Floating Platform constructed in Fibreglass of 22 metre in length and 7.30metre in width with a capacity to accommodate 100 personals at a time. The jetty is supplied to Somasila and Siddhipet, Hyderabad (Telangana). As per their requirement to relocate jetty seasonally according to the rise and fall in water level, we have installed 40hp twin engine inorder to move the jetty timely. The drawing is approved by IRS Class.

FRP 20 SEATER HIGH SPEED BOAT WITH JET PROPULSION

In the month of March 2018, we launched our new FRP 20 seater High Speed Boat. It is different to the other boats as the engine used was a Jet Propulsion engine which gives the boat a speed of more than 50 knots. The engine is imported from Steyrmotors, Austria and Jet propulsion from Alamarin Jet, Finland. We have supplied this boat to Barahkshetra Water Transportation and Tourism Service Pvt Ltd, Nepal

CATAMARAN LUXURY 60 SEATER CRUISE BOAT

In the month of July 2017 we have launched our Catamaran Luxury 60 seater Cruise boat in our Pune Factory. This is the first time in India where a Cruise boat has been manufacture using latest technology i.e. Vaccum Infusion/Vacuum Technology with Epoxy Resin. Vacuum Technology itself means that the boat is of light weight but has got very high strength. Luxury seats are been used for the comfort of the tourists. Attached toilets and pantry area are the additional facilities in the Cruise boat.

We have successfully done trail and supplied the boat to Nandanvan, Jungle Safari, Raipur (Chattisgarh)

I] LUXURY SEA GOING DOUBLE DECK TOURIST BOAT

We manufacture Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Luxury Tourist Double Decker Boat of 60 Passenger capacity which is suitable for sea, river and lake. The main features are : ‘V’ hull shape, Single Piece Mould and Job, 15.5 Mtr Length and 4.6 Mtr width. The Boat can comfortably cruise at a speed of 15 knots and the steering system is hydraulic. This multipurpose boat can be used for tourist activities, for corporate to conduct seminars, conferences and meetings, for outing with family and friends, for water transport activities, as work boat for carrying goods etc.

Bed rooms can also be built on the hull to facilitate private trips also. Variants of this model can be built according to customer requirements with VIP seats, furnishings and air-conditioned luxury rooms.

The design and drawings of this boat is approved by Indian Register of Shipping (IRS).

II] FRP HIGH SPEED BOAT

FRP Speed boats are manufactured from Marine grade FRP, with suitably contoured ‘V’ shaped hull to obtain high speed even in rough and choppy water. The boats are totally impermeable and are unaffected by long exposure to sunlight and weather conditions. Suitably strengthened and provided with rubber fenders along the sides, the boat is protected against chafe, rendering them high on safety and performance. The hull is foam-filled and thus unsinkable. With a wide body and a low centre of gravity, boat is very stable.

The boat is provided with arrangements for fitment of out-board motor, cabling, forward reverse throttle, steering wheel etc., and is fitted with comfortable cushioned seats, which could be upholstered to individual choices.

These boats are ideally best suited for Tourism Departments and for River navigation and is specially designed and developed to enjoy the adventure sports and for Rescue operations as well. The Boats are fitted with Remote Control Steering system and forward reverse in front of the Boat to control the OBM

Catamaran Tourist Boat is very stable and safe and it can run with 9.9 HP OBM with 20 persons and the boat can be built according to customer requirements. Canopy is provided with the boat.

This FRP Boat has been designed and developed on a novel hull configuration, which has a transversally concave and longitudinally convex profile, making it streamlined, efficient, stable and safe.

When the government is seriously speaking about promotion of Rural Tourism, we had also taken a clue out of it to introduce such a boat which can be used anywhere except in sea and which can even ply only in two feet water with maximum fuel efficiency.

So, as our share of promoting Rural Tourism, we planned to build a boat which can be applied to Village – to - Urban –to- Metropolitan population and it should be useful to villagers as well as cosmopolitans and everybody get the benefit of it equally. It was our resolve to link rural tourism with water tourism.

This concept has taken the shape of a CRUISE and it has been launched by us successfully. It has the look and flavour of Traditional English Boats that are plying in English Channel.

VI] OPEN TOURIST BOATS

The Open Tourist Boat has been designed and developed on a novel hull configuration, which has a transversally concave and longitudinally convex profile, making it streamlined, efficient, stable and safe. The design and drawings have been approved by the Indian Register of Shipping ( IRS ). It has a carrying capacity of 40 persons on fiberglass bucket seats, mounted on a chequer plate finish deck to prevent slipping. Railing is fitted all around the deck and the whole deck area is covered with a canvas roof to protect the passengers from sun and rain. However being semi permanent, the canvas roof can be rolled down if required. The Boat is powered by a 25/40 HP Out Board Motor with remote control steering system which can be controlled by the boat operator sitting in front of the boat and can attain a speed of 10 knots.

VII] ECO-FRIENDLY ELECTRIC BOATS

We have successfully designed, developed and manufactured the electric powered eco-friendly boat in our company. The electric boats are noiseless, vibration free and do not pollute the environment. Fitted with rechargeable batteries, these boats can run for 6 hours on one single charge. Eco- Tourism focuses on enjoyment of nature without destroying it, hence the electric boats are becoming very popular in eco-tourism.

Boats driven with conventional engine release effluents into water besides creating noise pollution. The vibrations of engine used in such boats transmit to the body of the boats and reduces its life. These disadvantages are overcome in electric boat.

Free Hybrid Energy System of Rechargeable Batteries drive the motors of the Electric Boat, rendering the operation of the boat absolutely noiseless and vibration free. The operating cost is very nominal compared to that of conventional boats.

This type of boat would be most suitable for using in bird and wildlife sanctuaries for sight seeing without disturbing the animals and the birds, especially in clean lakes where use of Outboard Motors / Inboard Diesel Engines are prohibited. The boats being made of Fibre Glass, it does have a very long life. The batteries are of reputed make and are guaranteed for two years.

VIII] FRP SHIKKARA

Yes, the conventional Kashmiri Shikkara is re-created in Fibreglass for the first time in India in our factory with the same wooden look and finish without losing the elegancy and flavour of wooden Kashmiri Shikkara!!

The hull of FRP Shikkara is a single piece made out from a single mould. The interior of boat is panelled with pinewood and the floor is also wooden. The FRP Shikkara Boat is provided with cushion seats and bed; side curtains are provided for privacy for family and couples. The wooden floor is easily detachable and could be removed during rainy season.

The boat is ideal for pleasure trip for a family and provides total stability and safety for the tourists. It is an essential item for all tourism departments for providing pleasure trips to families with an affordable budget.

Our prestigious product, built with advanced composite materials in FRP ensures light weight - a deviation from traditional Wooden Hull - promises a higher speed but not compromising with traditional flavours and looks required for a Country House Boat of Kerala.

Although it has a look of Kerala model traditional boat, the look and appearance of the tail ends and the super structure of boat can be modified according to the prevailing customs and traditions of each region, while the look of the FRP Hull will remain the same.

XI] SWAMP(AIR) BOAT

Swamp (Air) Boat is widely used in USA by tourism sector for taking the tourists to creek and marshy land areas where conventional boats could not reach or denied access by nature.

We are happy to announce that we have successfully developed Swamp Boat in Fibreglass for the first time in India and have supplied 2 boats to Jammu & Kashmir Police in 2005 and 6 nos to Northern Command, Jammu for their various units and are performing well.

Swamp (Air) Boat can be effectively employed in Wild Life sanctuaries, Crocodile dominated areas, Dolphin dominated areas, Creek areas (e.g. Kutch, Gujarat) etc. It is ideal for adventure savvy tourists who like to go to interior creeks and marshy lands.

Swamp boat is a watercraft, which has an air propulsion system, i.e., it has a propeller which pushes air to the rear and provides the thrust to drive the craft forward. Since no part of the propulsion system is underwater, the airboat can be operated easily in water with depth of only a few centimeters.

The Swamp Boat consists of flat bottomed boat which skims over the water surface instead of cutting through it like a conventional displacement hull. This allows it to attain high speeds by riding on a cushion of air and water. A pair of rudders behind the propeller enables direction control.

Ideal environment for the Swamp is shallow, weed chocked, hyacinth infested rivers, lakes and swamps that restrict movement of conventional boats because their underwater propellers get entangled and damaged, due to the undergrowth.
